Who am I?

My name is Karl. I have a number of dogs, most of which were rehomed for various reasons. Some were simply unwanted dogs, others were rescued from bad situations including abusive homes.

Why did I start this site?

I believe  information about people who have been convicted on animal abuse should be easy to find. I haven’t been able to find any easily accessible public records of animal abusers so I decided to do something about it myself.

I also hope that as people become aware of how much animal abuse is actually taking place they may decide to support the efforts of many organisations attempting to have current laws enforced effectively or the sentencing laws toughened.

Quite simply, I am sick of hearing about animal abuse cases in the news and the massive difference in sentencing that is applied to convicted animal abusers.

One week it is a prison term for the horrific killing of a puppy, the next week in a different court room diversion is being proposed for exactly the same brutal offence.

Please support the organisations out there trying to make a difference in animals lives.
